Shipping Policy
At LUMIKI Studio, we aim to prepare and deliver your order as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Most orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days.
Business days: Monday to Friday
Excluded: Weekends and public holidays
Order cutoff time: 12:00 PM EST
Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Including order processing time, the total estimated delivery time is generally:
7–14 business days from the date your order is placed
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

✓ Carrier delays
✓ Severe weather
✓ Public holidays
✓ Peak shopping seasons
✓ Other circumstances outside our control
3. Shipping Cost
As part of our current launch offer, we provide:
Free standard shipping on all orders
Any available shipping upgrades or optional services will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For orders shipped within the United States, customs or import duties are generally not expected.
For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
In that case, the order will need to be handled through our return process after delivery.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
LUMIKI Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us so we can assist with checking the shipment status.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:
✓ Outer packaging
✓ Inner packaging
✓ Damaged item
✓ Shipping label, if visible
8. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier handling.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Packages may arrive on different days.
There is no extra charge for split shipments.
9. Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned items must meet the conditions stated in our return policy.
